Screening Fee

Application fees are $45 and can only be collected via our Appfolio platform.

Admin Fee

You will be charged a $100 admin fee within 48 hours of an accepted application. This is a non-refundable fee.

Pet Fees

There is a limit of 2 pets per household. We follow the breed restrictions of the city the property resides in. All pet fees are non-refundable. Monthly pet rent and non-refundable pet fees are listed below:

• Pet rent varies between $15-50/month (depending on size, breed, quantity).
• $300 pet fee per cat
• $500 pet fee per dog

Animals used as service or support animals to assist the disabled are permitted to reside in the house with the resident(s). Legal documentation to verify this need shall be requested and must be provided.
